Satvana is an off-grid conscious living sanctuary in the Alentejo region of southern Portugal. We operate three registered Alojamento Local properties under the Satvana brand. We respect your privacy with the same care we give to the silence and nature of the land. This Privacy Policy explains how Christian Werner (operating as Satvana) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit https://satvana.org/, submit a booking inquiry, or communicate with us.
We comply fully with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Portuguese Law 58/2019 (and subsequent amendments), and all other applicable Portuguese and European data protection legislation.

- Retreat facilitators or team members strictly on a need-to-know basis for your stay
We do not sell your data. Any international transfers (if they occur) are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR-compliant safeguards.

- Booking and guest registry data: up to 6 years (accounting and legal obligations)
- Marketing consent: until withdrawn
- Technical/analytics data: maximum 26 months
